CSA Distributor, Eastern USA, Jim Head has served in missions for 21 years. He was a pastor in PA before church planting in France with World Team with his wife and 3 children. He worked at the Center for Intercultural Training for 7 years training, counseling and debriefing missionaries from numerous mission agencies. Currently he and his wife serve missionaries with World Team and Wycliffe Bible translators, facilitating online training classes, counseling, coaching, and debriefing. Jim is also a LPC in North Carolina.
Lois McMartin
CSA Distributor, California, USA Lois McMartin is the director of the Member Care Department for ReachGlobal. Her passion is “encouraging and equipping personnel for effectiveness.” She and her team focus on both preventative care as well as responsive care. The CernySmith Assessment has been a very valuable tool in bringing instant talking points in answer to the question of “How are you doing?” Lois draws upon her years growing up as a third culture kid, as well as her cross-cultural experience as an adult.
